WEEKLY BUSINESS

Team Brochures: If you have completed training and provided mailing address to your captain you should have received your brochures or will be getting them soon!

Pep Rally! Sacramento Area Team Members will Rally on June 1st from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the Sacramento bldg which is at 1101 51st Street, Sacramento, CA 95819.  Bay Area Team Members will Rally on June 2nd from 9am to 11am at Denkinger Chapel in Concord.  You may attend whichever works best for you and you will GET YOUR TOTE BAG!!

Training: There are several on the team that have not completed training yet.  Team Training is mandatory and needs to be complete by May 31st.  If you haven't been trained, please view the recorded training instructions on the last post.

WEEKLY BUSINESS

Team Brochures: I requested your brochure mailings yesterday, so you should expect to see them in the next week if you have completed training and provided mailing address to your captain.

Tote Bags: Your tote bags are being mailed to your Team Lead, Sheila.  She will be giving them to you at your Team Pep Rally.  Stay tuned for upcoming information about that.
Training: All Team Training needs to be complete by May 31st.  If you haven't been trained, please view the recorded training as instructed below.

TEAM TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS (complete ASAP):

1) Click on the following link to listen to and watch a recording of a previously recorded Team Training: https://tofw.webex.com/tofw/lsr.php?AT=pb&SP=EC&rID=46417187&rKey=7a8341e3ff707476

2) Your web browser will show a WebEx screen.

3) Click “Playback”, you will then be required to register so we know who you are.  Click “Submit”.

4) Network Recording Player should automatically load (if it doesn’t, allow the down load in your browser’s notification).

5) The training will begin playing automatically. 

6) Listen to/watch the training in its entirety.

7) Once you have completed the recording please tell your Team Captain you have completed the training.  And let her know if you have any questions about the training.

NOTE: When playing back this version of the training, you can let them know that they can skip the Roll Call which happens between 2:01 and 11:17 on the timer located in the bottom left corner.

As an official team member, we look to you as one of our "staff".   Our hope is that you can be an appendage of our office and help share TOFW just like we would if we were in your community. In order to do that successfully, we need to make sure that you are first very connected and always "in the know"!

This blog contains all of the information you'll need as a team member and we'll add posts each week to keep you "in the know" about TOFW in your city. Please check the blog at least weekly, it will contain information for you to pass along about the event, as well as any special Team instructions. You will be notified when the blog has been updated, prompting you to log in and have a look.

Please take some time to navigate around and get familiar with everything.  Take note of important information that will always be listed on the side bars. Each tab at the top will give you frequently used documents and other information important for Team members.
